This site collects almost nothing. Here is exactly what it does collect, and what happens to it.
What this site collects
There are no accounts, no sign-up forms and no cookies on this site. We do not ask you for your name, your email address or anything else.
We use privacy-friendly analytics that count page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. It records which pages are visited, roughly where in the world the visit came from, and what kind of device was used. It does not identify you, and we cannot connect a visit to a person.
If you email us, we hold that email so we can reply to it.
The audio on this site
The guided practices play from this site. Nothing is recorded, and we do not know whether you pressed play.
Our programs are a separate system
Enrolling in Beginnings happens on be-ginnings.com, which is a different service with its own privacy terms. It asks for information this site never does, including a health profile used to check whether the program is a safe fit for you.
If you are asking about the data you gave us when you enrolled in a course, that is governed by the terms of that service and not by this page.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom
You have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. Email us and we will answer.
Because this site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking, there is no consent banner to accept and nothing to opt out of.
If you are in Canada
Under PIPEDA you may ask what personal information we hold about you and request access to it or its correction. The same email address reaches us.
Health information
Enrolling in a course asks you for a health profile. We use it for one purpose: to judge whether the program is a safe fit for you, and to look after you while you take it. We do not sell it, share it for advertising, or use it to build a profile of you.
Im2 programs are educational and wellness programs. They are not therapy, they are not medical treatment, and Im2 is not a healthcare provider, so HIPAA does not apply to us in the way it applies to a hospital or an insurer. That is a statement about which law governs, not about how carefully we treat what you tell us.
Other protections do apply, and we intend to meet them. We hold health information to the standard we would want applied to our own, whether or not a particular statute compels it.
This policy describes our practice accurately and in plain language. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. If you need a formal data processing agreement or a compliance attestation, write to us and we will get one prepared.
